PROCEDURE
It is performed under local anesthesia using a fine-needle device that makes small incisions in the skin to release the fibrous bands that cause depressions. By "breaking" these bands of fibrous tissue, tension and traction on the skin are released, improving its overall texture as the subcutaneous fat is redistributed evenly, leaving the skin surface smooth.
